  • NovelPlayer currently bills by two types of quota: ANALYZE and IMAGE
  • A user-managed local voice service does not count against platform quotas

What the Two Quotas Are

  • ANALYZE: used for the analysis pipeline such as text analysis and character recognition, billed by analyze points
  • IMAGE: used for image generation, such as character images and scene images, billed by credit points

If you only connect a local voice service like a self-hosted CosyVoice, the local voice service itself does not separately consume platform quotas.

  • ANALYZE and IMAGE are the current focus of platform quotas
  • A user-managed local voice service itself does not count against platform quotas
  • If you only listen to audiobooks, you do not necessarily need to use image quotas
